The Weatherstone Homeowners Association is committed to protecting and preserving the quality of life in our neighborhood. In order to accomplish this goal, we rely on the active members of homeowners to share the responsibility for the financial support needed to perform and carry out the acts and duties necessary for the administration and operation of the association and for community projects.

Without adequate funds, the association cannot meet its obligations and this can diminish the property values of all homeowners. Some of these obligations are:

  • Operation of street lights at front entrance
  • Landscape service and maintenance including seasonal plants for the front entrance
  • Rockdale Water Bill for the front entrance landscaping
  • Neighborhood security cameras
  • Community programs

All Weatherstone homeowners are members of the HOA; however, paying your dues allows you to be a member in good standing and signifies your commitment to maintain the quality of life in our community.

When homeowners do not fulfill their obligation to pay, it places a tremendous strain on the ability of the HOA to take care of the business affairs of this community and complete neighborhood projects. The financial position of the association has a direct and substantial effect on everyone. If you enjoy your neighborhood, please help us help you preserve your home value and protect your neighborhood.
