Greetings Neighbors,

Happy New Year! I hope this email finds you doing well.  Now that we have 2022 in our rearview mirror, we can begin to find the time to reflect on the blessings in our lives and celebrate our new way of connecting with loved ones, and each other, at a distance. 

Here are a few updates/reminders to share:

• We are still in the process of collecting signatures for our petition to install speed humps—Only Zones 8 and 9 remain; 
• An official resolution was passed at our November meeting that as of January 1st, it will be mandatory that all residents must pay the HOA annual dues of $100;
• Annual Dues letters will be sent via email (or hand delivered to those not in our database) by the end of this month;
• Our next virtual meeting will take place on Thursday, March 16th at 7pm; 
  

In closing, despite the challenges that we may face, I pray that we all find the strength to remain optimistic and look forward to brighter days ahead. While the world watches us today as we head to the polls (again), know that regardless of any title or affiliation that we each may hold, at the end of the day, we are all “Georgians”.
